Work With Us

Youth Shakespeare Society of Pittsburgh is always looking for interested students to join our company! Mentorship is an integral part of the YSSP way, so no prior experience is required for any role — just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!

Positions are open to anyone ages 13 to 23. If you lie outside of this age range, we still encourage you to reach out and get involved, whether it be as a shadow or a mentor. For anyone not yet ready to take on a role, consider asking about assistant directing, design or production positions that will allow you to observe the process. For those with more experience, we invite you to join us as mentors and help shape the next generation of theatremakers.
